Memberships Matter to EAAA
Membership is an important feature of EAAA, as it builds and unites a community of individuals and organisations who have recognised the damaging role of elder abuse across the nation.
Without a broad-based and substantial membership base, EAAA’s ability to speak ‘on behalf’ of the sector is diluted. In addition, our capacity to lobby government for change is affected and opportunities to secure ongoing funding are reduced.
Lend Your Voice
EAAA membership is designed for individuals with a personal connection to elder abuse, those employed in the sector and organisations who work with people impacted by elder abuse.
EAAA membership is a great choice for those who support human rights for older people, recognise the imperative to address ageism, equity and access to services, and believe in the capacity of older people to live independently and make their own decisions.
